Eric: Welcome to 3-Minute Hungarian Season 1, Lesson 20 - Talking about Your Likes. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to ask and answer affirmatively about likes in Hungarian.

Eric: Here's the informal way to ask 'Do you like chocolate?' in Hungarian.
Lena: [Normal] Szereted a csokoládét?
Eric: First is a word meaning 'you like'.
Lena: [Normal] szereted [Slow] szereted
Eric: Next is the word meaning 'the'.
Lena: [Normal] a [Slow] a
Eric: Last is the word meaning 'chocolate'.
Lena: [Normal] csokoládét [Slow] csokoládét
Eric: Note the rising intonation. Listen again to the informal question meaning 'Do you like chocolate?'.
