John: Expressions To Describe Disliking or Liking a Person
John: Hi everyone, and welcome back to HungarianPod101.com. I'm John.

John: This is Must-Know Hungarian Slang Words and Phrases, Season 1, Lesson 5. In this lesson, you'll learn expressions to describe disliking or liking a person.
John: These expressions can be used to describe when you fancy someone or if you do not.
SLANG EXPRESSIONS
John: The expressions you will be learning in this lesson are:

John: Lena, what's our first expression?
Lena: lekoptat
John: literally meaning "to wear down, to wear off." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to get rid of."

John: Use this slang expression when you want to express that you have gotten rid of someone or something.
John: Now let's hear an example sentence.

John: literally meaning "to have, to bear." But when it's used as a slang expression, it means "to like, to fancy."
